The weather in Florida doesn't get much hotter then other places up north during the summer months. But what's definitely hotter is the heat from the sun. Midday until 3pm it can be so strong that you want to run for cover. Mornings and evenings are lovely though. The ocean always has a constant breeze which is refreshing. After living up north or abroad in northern climates the most amazing thing is the temperature of the ocean. It's so warm here. I'm always amazed by this.
