Colorful Window on the French Riviera

The village is located on a hill with a view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Famous for it's art galleries, art museums, artist studios and Fondation Maeght which is located nearby. St. Paul has always had a romantic appeal for artists and actors alike. The American writer James Baldwin died here in 1987.
